At Chetiwave Media, we are committed to delivering high-quality Google Ads management and marketing services. Due to the nature of digital services and the time invested in strategy, planning, and execution, we maintain the following refund policy:

General Policy

All payments made to Chetiwave Media are non-refundable once services have begun. This includes:

• Strategy development

• Campaign setup

• Ad account optimization

• Ongoing management and reporting

• Consultation or onboarding calls

We bill in advance for services, and work begins promptly after payment is received.

Project-Based Work

For one-time or project-based services:

• A non-refundable deposit is required to initiate any project.

• If the client cancels before work begins, a partial refund (minus planning time and admin costs) may be considered at our discretion.

• Once any strategic or creative work has started, no refund will be issued.

Monthly Retainer Services

For clients on monthly retainers or ongoing management contracts:

• Services are billed in advance at the beginning of each monthly cycle.

• If you choose to cancel, you must give at least 7 days’ notice before the next billing date.

• No refunds will be issued for the current or previous billing cycle.

Campaign Performance Disclaimer

While we use industry best practices to improve your ad performance, please understand that we do not guarantee specific results (such as number of leads, sales, or ROI), as these depend on many external factors including competition, market conditions, landing page experience, and ad budget.

In Case of Billing Errors

If you believe a billing error has occurred, please notify us within 7 days of the charge by emailing gajanand@chetiwavemedia.com. We will investigate and, if warranted, correct the issue or issue a partial refund where appropriate.
